Sangoma Handset power options

The sangoma handsets are POE or can take an external power supply. 

• for POE set the switch to auto-negotiate power if there is an option.
• if using an external power supply, use Sangoma power supplies as there can be sound quality issues with using  ’equivalent’ power supplies from other telephone vendors.

When using the sidecar then if you use a headset EHS module, a separate power supply will be required.

More than one sidecar is in use on a handset then external power is required.
